Sta. Elena Fun Farm

Yes, I know.  I have fallen behind with the blog.

Here are some photos of Max's first field trip.  We went to Sta. Elena Fun Farm in Laguna and I must say it was wonderful.  I was worried at first   - isn't Max too young for a field trip?  How long will it take to get there?  Will it be too hot?  What kind of Farm will it be?  Will it be disgusting, and dirty??  Well - no Max isn't too young, it only took us about 30-40 minutes to get there, it was refreshingly cool and the air was much cleaner, it was a fantastic farm with lots of animals, AND it was relatively clean.  I wasn't shuddering every time Max touched something (always a plus!).

I took Sammy (our driver) into the farm with us.  Sammy was a huge help and was able to carry Max around and watch out for him while I managed to snap some photos.  I only had my point and shoot with me.  It's so hard to juggle a big camera and Max at the same time.  Max had a blast running around, feeding and petting animals, fishing, and riding a horse!  Max would only get on the horse when he saw his best friend at school (Timo) riding around.  I was so proud of him.  Such a brave little boy!
